Broadcasting is such a difficult job and live TV is probably the hardest of them all as ITV's Adrian Chiles found out last night. He was in his usual role as presenter of their football coverage for England's friendly game against Honduras in Miami.

So Chiles clearly wasn't prepared for this, why would he be? So a mix of the heat, humidity and surprise left the presenter as bumbling mess for a few minutes... and sitting...
