You might think that the majority of Canadians are fairly docile creatures, but there was nothing docile about this hit in the Canadian Football League recently.
The laws of physics dictate that when you run into a guy more than foot taller and weighing almost twice as much as you weigh that it is simply not going to end well, as this poor unfortunate defensive back found out in a game between the Edmonton Eskimos and the Saskatchewan Roughriders in Canada recently.
The Bleacher report tell us that the guy who executed the tackle in the video above stands at 6’11” and weighs in at 340 pounds (approximately 24 stone or 154 kg) and that the victim of the tackle is 5’10” and weighs 204 pounds (approximately 15 stone or 93 kg) so when the two of them met on the left touchline, you probably can guess what happened next.
After about a minute spent panned out on the ground, the poor fella was eventually helped to his feet but it will probably be next week sometime before he’s fully recovered from that.
