We come across a fair share of punch-ups, brawls and shenanigans of similar ilk from South America on a regular basis, but an acrobatic kick to the face of the referee from a player who has just been red carded is something you don’t see every day.
Passionate at best, down right reckless and disgraceful at worst, the encounter between Coronel Romero and Porvenir got a little heated to say the least and the referee began dishing out red cards like they were going out of fashion.
He wouldn’t have expected the following reaction from one of those players sent to the line.
