Gareth Bale might be Madrid’s newest expensive toy, but Ronaldo doesn’t seem to care as he slides in on him in training
Cristiano Ronaldo might be a little put out by all the attention that new boy Gareth Bale is receiving at Madrid if this spicy challenge in one of their training sessions is anything to go by.
During a game of rondo, Ronaldo is in the middle trying to win the ball back, and conveniently enough chooses Gareth Bale as the victim of his heavy sliding challenge as he endeavours to get possession.
Bale was unfazed though, as he dinked the ball over the challenge, and then a few seconds later got his own back with a cheeky nutmeg on the Portuguese. We must also say that it’s a beautiful sight to see Zinedine Zidane involved too, what a legend.
