This Misheard lyrics video adds a little spice to the words of seemingly harmless hit songs

We’ve all sung along to songs and not known what the lyrics are, and some clever bloke decided to put some of the best ones together to show just what madness people hear when they listen to music.
This is the second video by ‘pleatedjeans’ on YouTube, and features artists including Sting, Elton John, Pearl Jam, Adele, Michael Jackson and REM to name just some of them. Each clip shows the misheard line alongside the music and it’s easy to see how they’ve been misinterpreted.
Our favourite has to be the Mumford and Sons song ‘Little Lion Man’ that says “Your boner stands alone among the wreck.” Classic. Imagine singing that one walking down the street.
