Proof that crime doesn’t pay…
Two lads barged into a pawn shop in the US to try and rob it this week. Brandishing a crow bar and a knife they quickly scare off a few of the customers before starting to demand some cash.
The owner of the shop has either seen all of this before or is prepared for these situations and he pulls out a baseball bat and absolutely nails one of the robbers over the head with the bat (skip to around 0.30 in the clip to see it).
The would-be-thief collapses unconscious and while his accomplice initially tries to help him, he eventually gives up and runs off, leaving the crook stumbling around the shop, clearly with no idea where he is.
A few more folk pile in to give him a few more digs before some passing firemen come in, tackle the man to ground and they hold him there until the cops arrive.
