In need of some motivation to keep up that New Year fitness regime? This clip of a monkey blasting out some press-ups and sit-ups ought to do it. No bother to him at all.
Now we can’t guarantee that this clip is exactly new, but it’s been doing the rounds online in recent days and we thought it was pretty cool and worthy of bringing to your attention in any case.
Gym goers, whether casual or dedicated, will know of the motivation required to get down and do 20 push-ups and sit-ups, but it’s no bother to this monkey, who, although you can see him feeling the burn about ten seconds in, rattles them off with ease.
