We don’t know how Ganso isn’t in the Brazil squad. We hope Dunga saw this superb bit of skill.
After the shame of the 7-1 thumping by Germany, Brazil are in a serious rebuilding mode at the minute. New man Dunga has jettisoned a lot of the names that featured in Big Phil Scolari’s World Cup squad but one man he hasn’t yet turned to is Sao Paolo’s Paulo Henrique Ganso.
Ganso has been Neymar-esque in his highlight reel stuff in recent weeks, hooking up superbly with Kaka to produce some lovely football, like this assist against Criciúma.
But the 23-year-old even bettered that bit of slickness last night with this truly wondrous turn against league leaders Cruziero.
