The stereotypes may be quite strong, but this makes for hilarious viewing none the less.

Men are often unfairly castigated as egotistical perverts in a gym environment – and outside it too it must be said – but this parody shows what it would be like if the shoe was on the other foot so to speak.

The females seem to enjoy their roles as overly-helpful gym-goers obsessed with showing off to those around them, while the men are reduced to feminine roles.

Whether it is true to form or not, it makes for comical viewing.
