It appears as if The Sunday Game hurling panellists have as much craic behind the scenes as they do in front of the camera.
Loughnane and his colleagues were in flying form on The Sunday Game last night as they reflected on an absorbing All-Ireland final replay between Kilkenny and Tipperary and on the season as a whole, with plenty of laughs and good-natured ribbing flying back and forth between them.
The jovial atmosphere that existed on the live programme was obviously a continuation of what had prevailed when they gathered for a production meeting before the programme, with Ger Loughnane prompting hysterical laughter amongst all present with just one word.
Ger making people laugh? Sure it’s like nuts to a monkey as Cyril Farrell might say.
