As most people know, working in the online realm is a challenge and from time to time, mistakes can be made.

We’re not without flaws ourselves, but this error from The Guardian involving the British Prime Minister David Cameron is just brilliant.

In the interest of fairness, it seems that this pictorial faux-pas is actually due to those dreaded ‘gremlins’ in the system as the Guardian’s editor took to Twitter to calm the storm.

We love that the first reply to this explanation was from the Director of Digital Media at The Telegraph. Cheeky.
