VIDEO: Laois man prepares for GAA season with the most unique training method ever

We’ve seen alternative practice regimes before, but this one really is out there.

This short but brilliant video was uploaded onto The County Farmer’s Facebook page and sees Laois man Andy “tractor” Daly (you’ll soon see why he has that particular nickname) take on and defeat a couple of sizeable bales of hay.

The cows proved a bit too much for the “tractor” though, but Diarmuid O’Sullivan himself would be proud of this impressive effort.
