Throughout the year, Focus Ireland consistently work with those people that are homeless or at risk of losing their homes across Ireland.
The escalating homeless crisis has been prominent in recent weeks with Glen Hansard and Colin Farrell actively speaking out on the issue, but Focus Ireland have rallied the Irish people themselves to use their voice and help the campaign.
They’ve created a short poem about how important home is to all of us, and it’s very moving.
Every single person that lives in these 32 counties has their own reason to feel proud about being able to call Irish their home, but some of these are remarkably accurate.
