Batten down the hatches, Storm Brendan hits on Monday.
Met Éireann has issued two Status Orange wind warnings and one Status Yellow wind warning as Storm Brendan approaches Ireland.
All three warnings were issued at 3pm on Saturday.
The first Orange wind warning does not come into effect until 7am on Monday morning before expiring at midnight on Monday.
Donegal, Galway, Leitrim, Mayo and Sligo are affected by this warning.
An Orange wind warning has also been issued for Wexford, Clare, Cork, Kerry, Limerick and Waterford.
It comes into effect on Monday morning on 7am and will expire at 3pm on Monday.
Both warnings advise of southerly winds veering southwesterly with mean speeds 65 to 80 km/h and gusts of 110 to 130 km/h in some areas.
Winds will be strongest in coastal areas.
A Yellow wind warning has been issued for Dublin, Carlow, Kildare, Kilkenny, Laois, Longford, Louth, Wicklow, Offaly, Westmeath, Meath, Cavan, Monaghan, Roscommon and Tipperary.
This warning comes into effect on Monday morning at 7am and expires at midnight the same day.
Met Éireann has said Storm Brendan is tracking towards the northwest of Ireland and will hit on Monday.
The public is advised to expect further weather warnings for rain and strong winds next week.
There is also a possibility of flooding due to a combination of spring tides and strong gales.
