A unique dinner and cocktail experience is coming to Dublin this month, and it deserves a spot on your calendar. The Roe & Co Summer Garden, continues in August, offering diners the opportunity to enjoy some delicious modern cooking, as well as some fresh, whiskey cocktails. At these seatings, guests are invited to relax in the outdoor patio of the distillery, enjoying a four-course meal from one of Dublin's most exciting restaurants as well as cocktails that have been specially created to complement the food. Following the success of Crudo and Órale's residencies at the Roe & Co Summer Garden, August will see the exciting Chinese restaurant Hakkahan serve up a feast in the distillery's outdoor patio, kicking off on Thursday 3rd of August. Hakkahan is spear-headed by owner Ryon Wen and head chef Qiang Liu who hale from China's Hakka province and Sichuan, respectively. Their menu consists of succulent Sichuan dishes plus influences from elsewhere in China, and you can expect four-course full of flavour during Hakkahan's residency. Their Roe & Co menu will be a celebration of modern Chinese cooking that invites the diner to reimagine Chinese food. Best of all, Hakkahan works with some of the very best Irish suppliers to ensure a consistency of ingredients. Of course, the four-course meal will be paired with carefully curated whiskey cocktail creations from the folks at Roe & Co.
