This unique experience invites guests to explore one of Dublin’s most exciting distilleries and learn from its resident mixologists.
As the holidays inch closer and closer, we’re on the lookout for festive nights out and experiences to share with friends over the next few weeks.
One series of events that has caught our eye comes courtesy of the Roe & Co Distillery in Dublin’s Liberties, and it gives participants a chance to level-up their own mixology skills, just in time for the festive season.
The aptly titled Roe & Cosy: A Winter Warmer Workshop offers visitors the chance to enjoy a relaxed night out with friends. Additionally, if you want to treat a loved one, tickets to the experience would make an excellent gift.
After arriving at the Roe & Co Distillery in the buzzy Dublin 8 neighbourhood, guests will be invited take in the warm atmosphere with a welcome drink. Following this inviting reception, an expert tour guide will lead them through the active distillery and into Room 106 where they’ll have the opportunity to taste a selection of Roe & Co whiskeys which have been paired with a series of festive delicacies.
Then, guests will be invited to take part in the Winter Warmer Workshop, where a master Roe & Co mixologist will share the ins and outs of winter cocktail making. Here, participants will create their very own cocktail based on their own unique palate.
After the workshop, participants can enjoy some time in the cosy Power House Bar, where they will also receive a bespoke present.
