July sees the Roe & Co Distillery Summer Garden continue, bringing guests the very best of modern Irish cooking and carefully curated whiskey cocktails in the relaxed setting of Roe & Co Distillery’s outdoor patio.
Kicking off on Thursday July 6th, the Summer Garden will be playing host to Órale, one of the most exciting restaurants on the Dublin food scene right now. Chef Ian Cairns established Órale as a nomadic kitchen in 2019, starting out with food truck staples before incorporating Mexican-inspired sharing dishes into his offering. Today, Órale has a cult following with foodies flocking to taste the vibrant menu at the brand new bar, Pawn Shop on Dame Street.
Throughout Órale’s residency at the Roe & Co Summer Garden, diners can indulge in a four-course Mexican-inspired meal, packed with flavour and made with fresh, Irish ingredients. Roe & Co, of course, will be on hand throughout the evening, providing unique cocktails to complement the meal.

The Órale residency at Roe & Co Summer Garden runs from Thursday July 6th to Saturday July 29th at the Roe & Co Distillery, 92 James’ Street, The Liberties.
After Órale’s run, Hakkahan will take up residence with their Chinese menu from Thursday August 3rd to Saturday August 26th.
