Having kickstarted The Skin Nerd brand in 2017, Jennifer Rock, the award-winning dermal facialist and bestselling author, has seen her creation go from strength to strength.
Between her famous consultations, her Skingredients range and her devotion to understanding skin and the components it needs, she has amassed quite the cult following.
This week on All In, Jennifer talked about how her business is at a stage where it's now essential to bring on a few more business heads who can take the brand to the next level. But being able to trust and mesh well with those you add to the team (and ensuring your current employees will too) is a crucial task.
