Why precision nutrition could influence what the farm of 2050 looks like

Paddy McKenna

The future is bright, the future of farming is more precision.

Speaking on JOE’s business show, All In, which is backed by AIB,  Aidan Connolly, CEO of Cainthus, who work with farmers to develop the world’s most advanced farming tech, spoke about how farming will could be influenced by the demand for precision nutrition.

“What do I think we will eat? More precision nutrition. By precision nutrition, that means we understand we’ve got to feed our genes, we’ve got to feed the bacteria in our stomach. Probably more devices telling us what we should drink, when we should eat, when we shouldn’t eat, what exercise we need.”
