A woman in her 30s has died from injuries she sustained during a serious assault in north Dublin.
The incident took place near Main Street in Belmayne, Dublin 13 on Monday afternoon. It is alleged she was pushed from the balcony of a property after an argument in a first floor apartment.
The woman was brought to Beaumont Hospital following the incident but died on Wednesday.
She died from her injuries yesterday, gardaí said in an update.
A post-mortem examination is in progress, Gardai say results will determine the course of the investigation.
A Family Liaison Officer (FLO) continues to provide support to the family of the deceased.
A man in his twenties, who was arrested on Tuesday in connection with the assault, was released yesterday without charge, pending a file to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this incident to contact them.
Anyone in the vicinity of Main Street, Belmayne between 3pm and 3.45pm, who may have video footage (including dash-cam) are asked to make this footage available to them.

Investigations are ongoing.
