A popular café in Dublin will be giving away free coffee for a very good reason on Friday

And no, it’s not just because there will be a lot of hungover people hanging around.

3fe, a popular café in Grand Canal Dock in Dublin, will not be charging for coffee this Friday as a gesture in support of a friend who has recently suffered a setback in her fight against cancer.

The owner of 3fe, Colin Harmon, last night announced that they will not charge for coffee in the shop this Friday, March 18, but will instead encourage patrons to make a donation in support of Rashel Winn, Ireland’s Brewers Cup Champion.

Customers in the store can pay whatever they like as a donation to the cause, while there has also been a GoFundMe campaign set up in order to raise funds so that Rashel’s family can come and be with her at such a difficult time.

For more details, you can check out the blog on the 3fe website here.

A lovely gesture for a very worthy cause.
