Bacon consumption linked to asthma attacks according to study

A study of almost 1,000 adults has found that regularly eating processed meats is linked to worsening the condition of asthma.

This includes several types of pork products such as bacon, ham, sausages and salami.

The study took place over six years and focused on adults with four in 10 of those people suffering from the condition.

It found that those who consumed four or more portions of processed meat had a significant worsening of asthma symptoms, with a total of 76% noticing a negative change.

“This research extends the deleterious effect of cured meat in health, and the effect of diet on asthma in adults.”

These symptoms difficulty breathing, chest tightness and shortness of breath.

Surely there’s got be some kind if cure!?
