Many of us are looking for more affordable ways to workout without paying for expensive gym memberships.
One option is an at-home treadmill or walking pad, which helps you get your steps if you're working from home or the weather isn't ideal for a walk.
A popular choice is this Citysports Treadmill, which users says is like 'having a mini gym at home'.
The treadmill is priced at €148.90, a slight discount on its usual price on the Amazon website, and with more than 100 purchased in the past month alone it's quickly become a bestseller.
The brand says it features a 4% manual incline, simulating 'a more realistic climbing scenario' that can increase calorie burn.
The pad is equipped with a five-layer anti-slip and durable diamond running belt, built-in silicone shock absorbers, and soft rubber mats, providing 'effective and safe cushioning for your knees and muscles'.
It offers a speed range of 1-12km/h, and users can adjust the speed according to their workout needs, a built-in cooling system, and an 'ultra-quiet operation', making it ideal for home and office use.
Plus, it has a foldable design, meaning it can be stored away or used as an under-desk treadmill, with shoppers saying it's 'very space saving'.
Shoppers who have tried and tested the treadmill have given it an average rating of 4.3 stars on Amazon.
One customer said: "This treadmill is like having a mini gym at home without the hassle and space demands of a full set-up.
"With a speed range up to 12km/h and a manual 4% incline, it's a versatile piece of kit. The incline feels as though you're climbing that hill from last summer, albeit less sweaty and more convenient."
Another wrote: "Really pleased with this walking pad. So easy to set up and very sturdy. I have it on the incline position and walk at a fast pace, but does go quite fast so you could easily jog on it.
"I have an office job so struggle to get many steps in at work so this is perfect especially for this time of year. Since I have had this machine I have managed to get my 10,000 steps in every day and feel so much better.
"It is also very compact and the bar can be folded down, so very space saving. Probably not for serious runners but if you are like me and just want to improve your general health I would definitely recommend."
While a third said: "Very happy with this treadmill. Used for hours and no major issues so far. Comes with a remote and all very intuitive. Highly recommend."
