Ridiculously hard abs are a given if you persist with these.

It's all about stabilization here and keeping the body rigid. Do that for this exercise and you are well on your way to rock hard abs and feeling pretty smug as you walk along the beach this summer. Get into the plank position and place two dumbbells in your hands. Ensure that your arms are within the width of your hips and the feet, just outside it. Push one of the dumbbells into the floor, while rowing the other dumbbell. Pull back with your shoulder on the side you are working on and flex your elbow to pull the dumbbell to your side. Never twist your body or hips. This defeats the purpose. Alternate between dumbbells. Repeat for desired amount of reps. https://youtu.be/YHN0SGa-68Q
