Abs on fire after this one.
With the summer beach season almost upon us, most people want to look decent when they finally remove the top. This exercise will go a long way to helping your abs and making you look pretty damn fit on the beach.
- Lie on your back and extend your arms out to the side (or keep your hands behind your head if that’s more comfortable)
- Lift your knees and feet so they create a 90-degree angle
- Tighten your abs and exhale as you lift your hips off the floor with control and the knees will move towards the head
- Important to try keep the knees at a 90-degree angle here. Inhale and slowly lower your legs. Repeat 8-12 times
