But this one is going to be a little different…

Burritos, but very, very fast. Yes, Boojum have confirmed that they’re opening another restaurant in Dublin.

But there’s going to be a major change in this one.

The new store will be called Turbo Boojum, and will open in the IFSC with the aim of becoming the fastest burrito bar in Europe.

Customers will have the option of placing their order and making a payment on a kiosk located at the front of the store, then pick up at a designated point. Otherwise, you can order as you would in a regular Boojum with the benefit of having the second line available.

“We asked our customers recently what was important to them when visiting a Boojum store. After food quality and customer service came queue speed, which is primarily driven by payment speed,” said Nuala McMenamin, marketing manager.

If the move is successful, the layout will be brought into more Boojum outlets around the country in a bid to speed up service.

Boojum also announced plans to open a new store in Limerick in February, and a fifth store in Belfast.
