The 47-year-old comedian shared an image of himself looking slimmed down, alongside a breakfast of avocado, scrambled eggs and tomatoes - a big change from his previous diet of bacon butties and fry-ups.
Vegas posted to his 300,000 plus followers to say: "It's a far cry from a Thatto Heath fry up....ooh you've changed Vegas.
"Apologies fellow tweeters, busy of late and treating our chats like a bacon butty, sadly an all too rare a treat of late x"
