KFC have created a fake healthy food blogger and the results are hilarious

Rory Cashin

It’s always fun when it turns out big business has a bit of a sense of humour.

While we’re all about healthy living here in JOE (#HealthyLiving!), we all know someone who seems to take it just that one step too far, looking to bring it up in literally every single conversation, and ruining your night out by counting the calories of every last item on the menu (#CalorieCountingFTW!!).

The marketing folks at KFC seem to know a few people like this too, and in reaction created a new Clean Eating Burger (#CleanEating!!!) with the assistance of food blogger Figgy Poppleton-Rice, who wants us all to #GetFiggyWithIt.

The burger is made with Chia-seeded cauliflower bun, unsweetened almond yoghurt, ice cube relish, spiralised chicken breast, and kale. Uhm…. yum?

You can head on over to Poppy’s Instagram account for more healthy living tips, like replacing the ice cream in a milkshake with more milk, or using rocket leaves to dip into your egg instead of bread-y soldiers. Genius.

Ain’t that the truth. #FiggyismOfTheDay #inspo #Motivation #Love #Life #cleaneating #food #salad #wellness
