New year, new you? Thrive Festival 2020 is the answer to all of your fitness needs

Brought to you by Thrive Festival

Thrive Festival 2020 is the place to go if you’re looking to kick-start the new decade.

Working on your overall fitness and wellbeing is a lot easier said than done when you’re starting a new year. Most of us are still trying to recover from Christmas, never mind making headway on any New Year’s resolutions!

What you need is something to really get things going. Whether you want to try your hand at a new fitness class or simply need some advice from someone in the know, Thrive Festival would be the ideal way to make 2020 your year.

With 250 different experiences all under one roof, Dublin’s Convention Centre is being transformed for Ireland’s most dynamic fitness, lifestyle and wellness event. Running (and jumping/spinning/cycling) on the weekend of 29 February – 1 March, you’ll find everything you could possibly need to put you on the right path.

Tickets from €25 available here. Some of the events you can look forward to:

UN1T

With something different every time you train with them, UN1T will soon be bringing its revolutionary training regimes to Ireland. Having already been successful in London, Munich, Qatar, and Kuwait, definitely watch this space!

Boom Cycle

This is most certainly not your average cycle class. The aim of the class is to have a “party on a bike,” so expect to have a hell of a lot of fun whilst burning up a serious sweat.

KOBOX

Back by popular demand, this is by far the most unique and effective way to learn the basics of boxing. Founded by Irishman Shane Collins, it’s been taking London by storm and is exclusive to Thrive Festival.

Zumba

Zumba is so much fun that it doesn’t really feel like exercise. That is unless you have a fitness watch that is tracking how many calories you burn through after a session high-energy dancing.

Richie Bostock “The Breath Guy”

Never take it for granted how important it is to have control over your breathing. Having worked his magic all over the world, Richie will be offering a free workshop on how Breathwork could be the next big thing in health and wellness.

Don’t take our word for it though, have a look at the full lineup on the website or check out the video below. There will most certainly be a class (or five) that are exactly what you’re looking for!

Thrive Festival – Ireland’s most dynamic fitness, lifestyle and wellness event returns to The Convention Centre Dublin from Saturday, 29 February–Sunday, 1 March 2020. Workout at top fitness classes, listen to inspirational speakers and learn to cook for a happier healthier you. The perfect way to kick off a healthy new year with 250 experiences all under one roof.
