If you’ve seen Wolverine already then you’ll know Hugh Jackman got in pretty good shape for his latest stint as Logan in The Wolverine.

If you were wondering how he did it, especially considering that he had to shed a whole pile of weight to star in Les Mis beforehand, apparently he got on the phone to one of the most ripped lads around in the form of Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson for a few tips on what to eat and what to lift.

The answer was obviously get lifting some seriously heavy weights, as evidenced by this pic of Jackman absolutely maxing out on the deadlift in the gym, which he shared on Twitter last night.
