Great morning snack.
This is as simple as it gets, but it’s a very nutritious snack.
Ingredients:
- Two slices of rye bread, toasted
- One sliced banana
- some almond butter
Instructions:
- Tempted to say ‘what do you think?!’ but let’s follow protocol
- Toast the rye bread
- Spread some almond butter on it and top with the sliced banana
It’s that simple!
