Clean and healthy dish.
Ingredients:
For the guacamole:
- One diced large avocado
- The juice of one lime
- 8 vine-ripened cherry tomatoes, quartered
- One large crushed garlic clove
- Two tablespoons of chopped coriander leaves
For the burgers:
- Half a tablespoon of light olive oil
- A finely chopped onion
- Two large crushed garlic cloves
- Two tablespoons of parsley
- 500g of turkey mince
- One teaspoon of mild chilli powder
- One tomato
Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients for the guacamole and season it. That’s pretty much that for the guacamole.
- For the burgers, heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion and the remaining two garlic cloves for a few minutes.
- When it cools, empty the contents into a bowl and then add the parsley, turkey mince and chilli powder.
- Season it and then mould the contents into four burgers.
- Grill for about four minutes each side until cooked through, ensuring of course there is no pink in the middle.
- Serve in toasted buns with lettuce, the tomato, peppers and onions, and some guacamole.
