Right, winter is finally here. It's dark, cold and fairly miserable. It would be all too easy to make a bad choice for your dinner in your rush to get warm quickly but we all know that's not the way to success with Weight Watchers. So how do you have a hearty, and good for you, meal ready in time to watch the match at 7.45? Here's how.
