Stick to that New Year’s resolution and find a personal trainer near you with My Fitness Finder

JOE

It’s January and it’s time to get in shape, so here’s a great way to find a trainer near you

It’s on pretty much all of our lists of resolutions to try and get in better shape this year, but getting motivated, knowing what to do in the gym, and eating the right things can be difficult, with there being a lot to learn and get to grips with during the whole thing.

My Fitness Finder is a simple, easy to use website that can cut through all that hassle and get you connected with a personal trainer that’s right for you. The idea is that you can search and select a Personal Trainer by location on a Google Map, check out their profile page on the side and if you like what you see, you can contact or book a session directly with that trainer instantly.

Whether you’re looking for specific types of training, from CrossFit and TRX to Yoga, there are trainers on the site that you’ll be able to find, and narrow it down so that you can check if they’re located near you, and their profile will have plenty of information about all their training, experience and qualifications.

If you’re a trainer, it’s also a great and cheap way to advertise, taking away the hassle of having to maintain an online presence. My Fitness Finder might be familiar to you already if you’ve heard their ads on the radio or seen them in print and online media, but it offers a pretty unique service for both those looking for a trainer, and trainers looking to find clients.

If you join up, you can also get access to a range of digital downloads ranging from fresh new exercise programmes to DJ mixes to keep you pumped up during your workout, and there is also a blog for people to post their health and fitness stories or tips to the site, to help other members of the community.

Most importantly, the site works well across mobile, tablet and computer, and is really simple to use, so now there are no more excuses for not sticking to that workout plan this year!
