Tasty and easy to make protein recipes: Amino Energy fruit fusion ice-cubes

Easy to make and suitable to take both before and after a workout.

Ingredients:

• 1 litre of water
• 2 scoops of Optimum Nutrition Essential Amino Energy Fruit Fusion flavour

Instructions:

• Pour two scoops of Optimum Nutrition Essential Amino Energy Fruit Fusion flavour into a shaker.
• Add 1 litre of water into the shaker and shake thoroughly.
• When the mixture is shaken, pour it into an ice-cube tray, place the ice-cube tray into the freezer and allow to freeze.
• When ready, pour the ice cubes into a glass and serve with water to provide an energy boost before a workout or to help speed up the recovery process afterwards.
