With the new year well under way, a few of us may be reviewing our fitness regimes and workout plans, trying to see if there’s anything else we can add to mix it up and get a good routine going.

One of those options that you might be considering is training for a combat sport, and as mixed martial arts is becoming hugely popular, there are plenty of options.

BT Sport’s Michael Bisping walks us through some of the key moves and basics of Muay Thai boxing, not only a great way to stay fit, but an ancient art of self defence. He also gives a few tips on how MMA professionals and Muay Thai boxers stay in such great shape, and how you can incorporate that into your workouts.
