Video: College football offensive lineman squats 365kg with barely a bother on him

He obviously used the squat rack immediately after JOE had left it… without having to put on any extra weights, of course.

Fans of American football Stateside and even on this side of the world pay a lot of attention to the athletic abilities of future NFL prospects, whether it’s through their exploits in high school and college football matches or in the annual scouting combine that takes place every February.

The capabilities of those prospects in the weight room is always of particular interest and we doubt there are many who can squat as impressively as Terrence Jones, an offensive lineman from Troy University in Alabama, who squatted with 810lbs (approximately 367kg) on the bar recently, much to the delight of his watching teammates.

Jones himself weights 320lbs (approximately 145kb) so the weight he squatted is over two and a half times his bodyweight; needless to say he’s not the type of guy you’d like running into you at full speed out on the pitch.

Beast.
