Brian Maher talks us through his latest session of working out without personal trainer Dan Smullen by his side.

After seeing the results of his two pictures side by side last week, and his incredible transformation in less than two months, a newly toned Brian Maher once again shook up usual gym routine to go out and about in the fresh air this week.

He talks us through the hill sprints and flat sprints that he was doing and what it’s been like to work without Dan guiding him through the process in the last few weeks.

There’s also a mention of what awaits Brian when Dan returns, with the promise of “giant sets” leaving him a little bit worried.
