One wrong move and this workout could have turned pretty ugly, very fast.
We love seeing people hitting the gym, even if it's only for a brisk stroll on the treadmill, because at the end of the day at least they’re doing something proactive about their fitness.
However, sometimes complete gym noobs decide to jump into the deep end without asking the more experienced gym patrons for help and they end up looking like this poor guy…

The lad's workout looks more likely to break the equipment, or himself, rather than do his body some good. We just hope someone told him to stop before it was too late.
