There are two more weeks of the 30-day challenge remaining so there is still time to get involved. Everyone who signs up to the WellGood challenge will automatically get updates on the challenges as well as free tips on recipes, mindset, exercise and more.
So what’s in store for the final weeks?
Next week’s challenges include making Roz and Philly’s post-workout meal, watching Philly’s technique masterclass video and a daily plan to improve your mindfulness from Gerry. Participants will also catch Roz’s talk on her favourite healthy snacks, watch Philly’s video on recovery tips with a foam roller, and take on the challenge of a “no phone” rule in the bedroom to improve your wellness.
For the final week, the challenges include Philly’s “Complex Workout” challenge, watching Gerry’s “Brain Fuel” video and making a breakfast recipe by Roz. You’ll also be tasked with watching Gerry’s “900 months performance of a lifetime” talk, making Roz’s breakfast bars for a colleague and listening to Gerry’s guided meditation podcast.
You can sign up for the WellGood 30-Day Challenge here. Wellfest, in association with KBC, is Ireland’s largest health, fitness and wellness festival and it takes place on 12-13 May.
