This year is shaping up to be absolutely huge for games, and we liked the look of Anthem right from the off. The first thing worth noting is its absolutely stunning graphics, but the addition of exciting gameplay and an interesting story only make us want it more.
To celebrate the release of Anthem on Friday, 22 February on Xbox One, PS4 and PC, we thought we'd get together a team of capable warriors. Look no further than TV's Baz Ashmawy, YouTuber Clisare and our very own Rory Cashin and Eric Lalor.
They knew their task. After all, those space rhino/dog/robots weren't going to fight themselves.
Needless to say, the game is absolutely ideal for bringing a few friends together for a laugh. Nothing better to shake off a stressful day than throwing on your javelin suit and fighting a few giant monsters.
It's a hell of a lot more therapeutic than knitting anyway...
