They include some of the very best PlayStation games ever made.

First released in 2020 to coincide with the launch of the PlayStation 5, the PlayStation Plus Collection was added for free for anyone with subscribed to the PS Plus, allowing for the new console owners to dive into 20 of the very best PS4 games ever made, but now playable with some improvements, such as increased loading speeds. Jump forward nearly three years later, and Sony are about to shut down the PS Plus Collection, so this week is your last chance to download these 19 games for free(ish, if you're already subscribing to PS Plus) on to your PS5:
  • Batman: Arkham Knight
  • Battlefield 1
  • Bloodborne
  • Call of Duty: Black Ops III - Zombie's Chronicles Edition
  • Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy
  • Days Gone
  • Detroit: Become Human
  • Fallout 4
  • Final Fantasy XV Royal Edition
  • God of War
  • Infamous Second Son
  • Monster Hunter World
  • Mortal Kombat X
  • Ratchet and Clank
  • Resident Evil 7: Biohazard
  • The Last Guardian
  • The Last of Us Remastered
  • Uncharted 4: A Thief's End
  • Until Dawn
The 20th game of the PS Plus Collection, titled Persona 5, was previously removed from the line-up in 2022. So if any of the above are on your bucket list of must-plays (and, to be fair, most of them should be because they're INCREDIBLE), you've got until Tuesday 9 May to get downloading!
