And, finally, talk about when The Last Of Us 2 might be arriving…

We’re closing in on six years since the PS4 was released, and pretty much everyone knows that both Sony and Microsoft are gearing to show off their next generation of consoles.

While Microsoft’s Project Scarlett has been dropping more info here and there, Sony have been mostly very secretive about their next home entertainment system, with the biggest tidbit dropped so far being that it may be backwards compatible with previous generation’s games.

However, GamesRadar picked up on some leaked info dropped on 4Chan, where an in-house marketing email apparently reveals that a “PlayStation Meeting” will take place on 12 February 2020, and it is here that Sony is rumoured to finally reveal their PS5 (if it is even called the PS5?).

The showcase will apparently reveal the price, specs, and accompanying virtual reality headset, the PSVR2.

There was also more information on some of the biggest games due to arrive on the Sony consoles, including talk of a software showcase called State Of Play, due to take place on Friday 1 November this year.

The State Of Play is rumoured to reveal the final trailer for PS4 exclusive Death Stranding (read all about that huge project right here), as well as the exclusive content for Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order (check out that game’s awesome trailer here), and – FINALLY! – a release date for the hugely anticipated The Last Of Us 2 (current rumour: May 2020).

You can check out the most recent trailer TLOU2 below, and if you’re interested, here are the 12 games still to be released in 2019 that we’re dying to play.
