Now training six times a week, sometimes twice a day, Dan Smullen of The Fitness Dock gym is pleased with Brian’s focus and dedication; with the Spin 103.8 DJ now also getting used to the supplements provided by Optimum Nutrition, with the timing of the consumption utterly crucial.
This week we shot Dan putting Brian through an extremely tough looking ab-workout which Brian found tough but extremely effective.
