HYBRID - MUST BE IN THE OFFICE MINIMUM 3 DAYS PER WEEK
REPORT TO: CONTENT DIRECTOR
- 3-5 years experience in creating social/ branded content in a fast-moving environment
- Experience using professional photography, audio and video recording equipment
- Qualification in media production, video production or relevant experience necessary
- Good knowledge of lighting for both studio and live based events
- Knowledgeable and comfortable using DSR and DSLR camera equipment
- Adaptability of shooting on iPhone neccessary, when it is suitable
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite essential, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects
- A high level of editing experience needed, specialising in edits for social media (exporting for social media posting etc)
- Strong track record of managing multiple projects at once
- Knowledge of key social media trends - and an understanding of when and where implementation is needed for specific campaigns
- Knowledge of a wide range of sports is welcomed, but not essential
- An interest in storytelling is key - interviewing sport stars, celebrities - and knowing how to communicate their stories, in a social manner
- Filming on set or on location
- Ensure that equipment for a shoot is present and in working order
- Determine the necessary technical supports necessary for the video production in advance of production dates
- Assist in upkeep of studio, camera kits and production sets and properties
- Talent direction and liaising
- Editing of videos for our social media platforms - in particular Instagram and TikTok
- Ability to shoot and edit for social media platforms essential
- Knowing best practices for Instagram, FB, YouTube and TikTok is key
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Full Driving Licence a plus
- Live Events, studio and ENG experience necessary
- Great attention to detail with a focus on quality output
- Ability to work independently
