One of the tastier snack combos that we’ve come across recently here at JOE HQ is the fantastic Fish Finger Sambo. Add a bit of lettuce or onion, delicious melted cheese, a sauce of your choice and you’ve got yourself one epic and very easily-made snack that’s sure to keep those hunger demons at bay.
It’s also a nice nostalgic treat because lets face it, who wasn’t brought up on Fish Fingers back in the day? JOE certainly was. Thanks Mammy JOE!
