Nicorette Competition Ts&Cs
- The promoter of the competition is JOE.ie (“Promoter”).
- The competition opens on 18th December 2023 and closes at 11.59 on 31st December.
- Competition will be live on joe.ie/nicorette.
- Entrants must submit a form via the competition page and describe in no more than 70 words either why they want to quit smoking or why they have already quit smoking.
- 1 x Winner will be chosen at random from the entrants to win €750 by the JOE.ie team. The prize will be paid by BACS/bank transfer.
- Entries may appear publicly on joe.ie/nicorette and be available for others to see.
- Entrants must be over 18 and resident in Ireland.
- Employees/families/agents of the Promoter and its associates are not eligible.
- One entry per person/per household.
- No purchase is necessary.
- The Winner will be notified by the Promoter by email after the competition closes.
- By entering this competition, you are giving the Promoter consent to contact you (for the purpose of the competition).
- The Winner may be required to sign to certify that their entry contains their own personal views and beliefs.
- The Promoter will send the surname and county of the Winner to anyone who requests them within one month after the Closing Date of the competition.
- Prize is subject to availability/may be substituted.
- Please allow a period of 30 days for prize to be delivered (if applicable) upon winning the competition.
- No cash alternative/prize is non-refundable/non-transferable.
- If the Winner is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- The Promoter accepts no liability for lost/damaged/incomplete entries.
- Proof of entry is not proof of delivery.
- The Winner may need to sign a statement of eligibility/liability/publicity release.
- Third party T&Cs may apply.
- Details of entries will be kept on a database and may be used and passed to third parties to enable the processing of Completion/prize fulfilment/where entrant has consented to share this information with other companies for marketing.
- To the extent as permitted by Irish law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss in connection with the competition.
