U.S. House of Representatives speaker Paul Ryan was left hugely confused when a teen attempted to produce a dab as his father was sworn into office.
During newly elected Kansas representative Roger Marshall's mock congressional swearing-in, Marshall's son Cal, was holding the bible between his father and Paul Ryan when he produced the move.
"You all right?" Ryan asked him, giving the teen a nudge. Cal remained resolute in his dab until Ryan eventually said, "Can you put your hand down? Are you gonna sneeze?"
