Identified as a Huntsman Spider (not a threatening name at all, no), the eight-legged critter was pictured while hanging out in the house of film and tech journalist, Marc Fennell.
Sharing it on Twitter, he wrote: 'Every so often I just think "farrrrrk living in Australia." When my kids asked me at 7am if we should make breakfast for the spider too. That was one of those moments.'
