The lack of Wi-Fi or even the most basic of Internet connections can be a right pain in the behind on holidays, but that won’t be a problem on your next ski holiday thanks to Crystal Ski holidays.
Previously, holidaymakers would have had to travel miles to find an Internet café or go all MacGyver and attempt to rig up their own wireless device (with only a roll of masking tape, a pen-knife and a couple of matchboxes, of course), but being able to surf the net either before or after spending the day on the slopes won’t be an issue on your next ski holiday thanks to Crystal Ski Holidays.
That’s because Crystal Ski Holidays are excited to be offering free Wi-Fi in all 78 of their chalets this winter. Using Purple Wi-Fi technology, guests can sign in to the service by liking or following Crystal Ski Holidays on Facebook and Twitter, allowing everyone to stay connected on their holidays.
For all of Crystal Ski’s chalet guests this will mean the end of huge 3G charges and the ability to do as much e-mailing, Facebooking, Instagramming, Tweeting, Whats-apping, looking at JOE.ie stories, watching cat videos on YouTube as you want. While some of us like to use our holidays to switch off, there’s nothing better than sending a photo of fresh snow to your jealous mates back home.
Although it’s great to stay in touch through social media, having Wi-Fi also allows people to check the latest weather forecasts, snow reports or upload stats from their ski-tracking apps and when you get to the bar, you can immediately concentrate on getting the après-ski started in style rather than spending 15 minutes trying to send an e-mail first.
Crystal Ski Holidays have fantastic packages available and there is half-price Crystal childcare available in Austria, France, Italy & Slovenia. For more details, call into their HQ on 18-19 Duke Street, Dublin 2, call (01) 433 1010 or visit their website.
